Curriculum Vitae
Guido Johann Raoul de Bialoruski was born in Louisenhof near Wilhelmsburg in Lower Austria, the legitimate son of the tax official Ludwig de Bialoruski and Anna, née Reckendorfer. After elementary school, he attended the Kollegium Kalksburg. In 1919, he joined the secondary school fraternity Ostaricia Wien and graduated in 1923. He then enrolled at the Hochschule für Welthandel [today: Vienna University of Economics and Business] and joined the student fraternity Marco-Danubia in the same year. In 1927, he graduated in business administration and joined the Austrian tobacco industry.
The staunch Austrian joined the Austrian Heimatschutz in 1928. In 1934, Guido de Bialoruski took an active role in the fight against National Socialism and denounced illegal National Socialists within the Austrian tobacco industry. After the Heimatschutz was dissolved, he joined the Vaterländische Front and the Schutzkorps. As such, he is ready to defend Austria with his weapon on the evening of the invasion of the German Wehrmacht on March 11, 1938.
After the radio address by Chancellor Kurt von Schuschnigg, he has to witness the demise of a free and independent Austria. As early as March 16, 1938, he was suspended from his duties and was dismissed on July 1, 1939 through forced retirement. On May 11, 1940, he was called up to the Wehrmacht. He graduated from the University of World Trade in 1943 and married in 1944. As a sergeant, he witnessed the liberation of Austria in May 1945.
After the re-establishment of the Republic of Austria, he was rehabilitated and returned to work in the Austrian tobacco industry. He joins the ÖVP-Kameradschaft der politisch Verfolgten und Bekenner für Österreich and subsequently becomes a member of other middle school associations.
