Hubert Marschall visits the Volks- und Mittelschule in Wels. After the Matura in 1922, he begins his studies with the subjects of history and geography at the universities of Graz and Vienna and joined the student association Kürnberg Wien in 1923. After his doctorate as Dr. phil. he becomes a high school professor first in Horn and then at the Weiser Gymnasium. He's a high-ranking fatherland front.

After the connection, a home search is carried out with him on 15.3.1938. He is arrested and forced to dienstenthoben. It remains in solitary confinement until 24.5.1938 and then becomes KZ Dachau override. On 26.1.1940 he was arrested and taken to the Wehrmacht, deployed in East Prussia and on the Russian front, and then in prisoner of war.

From June 1946, he is again working as a high school professor in Wels, where he becomes director of the school in 1947. Under his direction the Bundesrealgymnasium Brucknerstraße is built.
