Heinrich Josef Eduard Frühwald was born in Vienna as the legitimate son of the doctor and university lecturer Ferdinand Frühwald and Emilie, née Brézina. After elementary school, he attended a grammar school and enrolled in medicine at the University of Vienna after graduating from high school. He is drafted into the I. World War I, but marries Olga Padowetz in 1916. Heirich Frühwald was buried by shelling and returned home as a 35% war invalid due to a basilar skull fracture.
After completing his doctorate in medicine, he specialized and became a specialist in ear, nose and throat medicine. In 1922, he set up as a specialist in Wiener Neustadt, with his practice located at Grünangergasse 2. The medical practice was doing so well that Heinrich Frühwald could afford a luxurious apartment complete with cook and maid.

In this context, the submissions are particularly vehemently directed against the manager of the "Widän", doctor August Albin Hermann from Langenzersdorf. As a former Schönerian, he had made no secret of his National Socialist views until the very end.
The accusation was made against him that for years he had been keeping a card index of doctors with similar views who could be employed as panel doctors if necessary, in order to make the appointment of municipal doctors by the provincial government practically impossible.
