Otto Kosch attends the TGM in Vienna. As early as 1921, he took part in Emperor Karl's restoration attempt in Hungary and was imprisoned for three months for monarchist activities. In 1923, he co-founded the monarchist student fraternity Habsburg-Lothringen. He became involved in the VF.
