Richard Naderer worked as a provisional teacher in the Hollabrunn district from 1913 and was appointed head teacher in Inzersdorf near Vienna in 1934.
On March 15, 1938, he was relieved of his duties and dismissed on September 30, 1938. On July 2, 1938, he was sent to Dachau concentration camp and remained there until March 23, 1939.
After the war, he returned to teaching, most recently as managing president of the Lower Austrian regional school board.
