Curriculum Vitae

Franz Nicoladoni attended grammar school in Hall/Tyrol and was accepted into the Sternkorona Hall secondary school fraternity in 1906. After graduating from high school, he went to Innsbruck to study law and joined the Leopoldina Innsbruck student fraternity in 1908. After graduating, he began active military court service at the divisional court in Trento and rose to the rank of Captain Auditor.

After the war, he joined the civil justice system and became a public prosecutor, first in Linz and then in Steyr. From 1936 to 1938, he was chairman of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Civil Servants and head of the VF.

After the Anschluss, he was arrested in Steyr and subsequently retired. After his release, he found a job at the employment office in Steyr, but was dismissed after a while due to political "unacceptability". He then worked in a metal goods factory.
