Provincial Chancellery Austria of the Pallottines

The Society of the Catholic Apostolate was founded by St. Vincent Pallotti in Rome in 1846 as part of the Association of the Catholic Apostolate; the female branch, the Pallottine Sisters, was founded in 1838.

Today, the community is represented on all continents. It has around 2500 members. One of its main tasks is to promote lay involvement in the church.
