Erhard Lanner is a lawyer and Mayor of Ybbs a. d. Donau, 1934–1938. After 13.3.1938, the German municipal order and Erhard Lanner will be appointed mayor, arrested by the Gestapo and taken to St. Pölten. He is deleted from the list of lawyers and escapes further persecutions after the arrest by convocation to the Wehrmacht.
