Eduard Kolowrat was one of the founding members of the Rhenania secondary school fraternity in Vienna-Favoriten in 1907. After graduating from high school, he studied forestry at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences and joined the Norica student fraternity in 1907.
