Eduard Kolowrat is one of the founding members of the Rhenania Central School Association in Vienna-Favorites in 1907. He studied forestry after the Matura at the University of Soil Culture and joined the Norica student association in 1907.
On 13.3.1938, he is the head of the city of Vienna. Without further information, he reports in his staff report of a detention in the police department for the 6th. District in Vienna.
