Josef Kresse is the vice-president of Vienna in 1934–1938, and the head of the Christian-Social Party Executive in Vienna XVIII.

After the connection, he is temporarily detained. He is a member of the Dr. Lerch Resistance Group. After the war, he is the president of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce.
