Franz Krieger joined Starhemberg Wr. Neustadt in 1913 (from 1920 Babenberg). After the Matura he studied in Vienna and became a member of the Amelungia in 1918. After studying, he enters the services of the federal insurance company and becomes its regional director in Styria. He is also a member of the state parliament in Styria.
After joining in March 1938, Franz Krieger was released and was detained several times.
After 1945 he re-enters the services of the federal state insurance and later becomes a lecturer in insurance mathematics at the University of Applied Sciences for World Trade and at the Technical University.
