Curriculum Vitae

After graduating from secondary school in Vienna 10, Norbert Mlczoch began studying civil engineering at the Vienna University of Technology in 1930. In 1931, he became a member of the Norica student fraternity. In the summer semester of 1936, he switched to surveying technology, but did not complete his studies. From 1937, he was no longer a student at the Technical University. From 1938-1945 he worked abroad. In 1944, he was sentenced to three months in prison by a military court in Mostar, which he served in a military prison in Belgrade.
