Richard Luig becomes a vicar in Neuenheerse/Krs. Höxter, after warning and interrogation for alleged state-feindual statements, took 40 days in custody. Then he is transferred as a Vikar to Amecke in the Sauerland. Later, as a pastor in Werl, he makes himself a name through clad-German/mundartliche sermons and texts.
