Curriculum Vitae

Franz Nestor attended school in Innsbruck after the early death of his father, an imperial huntsman captain. During this time, he became a member of the then secret middle school fraternity Teutonia Innsbruck. After graduating from high school, he joined the student fraternity Austria Innsbruck in 1887, but first did his voluntary year with the Kaiserjäger. He then began his law studies in Innsbruck. In 1891 he received the honorary ribbon of the Carolina Graz student fraternity. In 1893 he received his doctorate in law. After completing his year in court, he began his legal traineeship in Kaltern and Innsbruck and became an independent lawyer in Graz in 1900.
