Curriculum Vitae

Karl Simon studied structural engineering at the TH Vienna and joined the Pflug student fraternity in 1924. [After the war, the Pflug is no longer reactivated and some of the members of the Pflug student fraternity, including Karl Simon, are taken over by the Franco-Bavaria student fraternity, the parent fraternity]. After graduating, he became a teacher at the Federal Trade Schools in Vienna and Villach.

On March 14, 1938, Karl Simon was suspended from his duties and arrested after a house search on May 1, 1939. He was imprisoned for 6 months in various prisons.
