Leopold Walzer joins the Pflug student fraternity in 1928.

After the Anschluss, he is dismissed without notice as a professor at the Francisco-Josephinum agricultural college in Wieselburg. He is interrogated by the Gestapo and his house is searched. From March, he is taken into protective custody for four weeks in Scheibbs and St Pötten.
